- Automation optimization: Audit workflows and nurtures for relevance; update content/triggers.

- Segmentation & personalization: Review smart lists; remove outdated ones; check personalization

tokens.

YEARLY

- Full portal audit: Review properties; remove unused; standardize naming conventions.
