AI-Powered Updates and Releases
AI was front and center during the 2023 INBOUND conference, which is no surprise considering how generative AI has taken the world by storm. Below are some updates and releases from HubSpot last month.
At INBOUND 2023, HubSpot introduced HubSpot AI, a collection of AI-driven tools and features designed to enhance the productivity of customer-facing teams, utilize data for improved performance, and strengthen connections with customers. HubSpot AI encompasses a wide range of new and existing products and features available globally, including:
AI Assistants: These are generative AI tools that empower marketing, sales, and service teams. AI Assistants work seamlessly throughout the HubSpot platform, assisting teams in creating content, designing images, generating blog ideas, building websites, and generating reports instantly.
AI Agents: A set of AI-enhanced tools designed to automate, respond to, and enhance customer service for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The initial AI Agents are expected to be launched in early 2024.
AI Insights: These are predictive AI features that provide advanced analysis and recommendations, such as AI-powered forecasting.
ChatSpot: Currently in public beta, ChatSpot combines ChatGPT's capabilities with various data sources, such as a HubSpot customer's Smart CRM. This combination offers growing businesses access to potent generative AI capabilities. Since its launch in March 2023, ChatSpot has gained 80,000 total users, with 20,000 prompts created.
AI for Mobile Devices
If you are a U.S.-based Content creator and a Marketing Hub Pro+ customer who wants to utilize SMS for marketing, you can now access AI Content Assistant features.
It will now be much easier for you to use your SMS editors to create content and rewrite, lengthen, and shorten the parts you highlight. Also, you can also change the content tone to suit the needs of your audience better.
AI-Powered Blog Posts Generator
As a content creator, you can generate powerful email subject lines complimenting your AI-generated email copy. With a simple click of a button, this tool will read your marketing content and, based on its inbuilt HubSpot email insights, will generate three subject lines. You can then choose the best one for your needs and tweak it accordingly.
As long as you are a free+ HubSpot customer, you can enjoy the AI subject line generator in the Public Beta stage. It’s available on both the HubSpot mobile app and desktop.
AI Generated Reports
Reports provide insight into data and customer behavior. With HubSpot's AI-generated report feature, you can soon ask simple business questions and generate reports to answer your queries. The tool is currently in the private beta stage. But it will soon be available to all Free+ customers.
Another related AI-enabled report feature is the AI-assisted report generation tool, which is currently in the public beta stage and available to all HubSpot Free+ customers. You can use it on Reports to add or edit descriptions quickly.
AI Content Assistant Generator
HubSpot has also added an image-generating feature to its Content Assistant tool.
With the image generator, you can quickly generate images based on the context of the task you perform or prompt your input, making it much easier to find the right images for your content. Currently, the feature is in the private beta stage, but it will soon be available to its Marketing and CMS Pro customers.
There are also non-AI-powered 2023 updates and releases that HubSpot announced. Below are a few of them.
Marketing Hub's Many Messages
If you want to send broadcast messages to your prospects and customers, you can use HubSpot's Many Messages feature, available to all Marketing Hub Pro+ customers in the U.S.
You can use it to leverage SMS and unified data from HubSpot to send personal reminders, updates, and offers to increase engagement. In addition, you can use the feature to incorporate landing pages and meeting links within your SMS messages.
Sync Data Between HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Suppose you have experienced some challenges with HubSpot’s LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration. In that case, you will be glad to know that you can now sync data two ways between the two platforms, courtesy of HubSpot. As a result, you will enjoy deeper reporting capabilities and more automated insights compared to what’s now available via Sales Navigator Integration.
Currently, the feature is in the private beta stage, but it will soon be available to all Sales Hub Pro+ customers.
Sales Hub 2.0
HubSpot created a prospecting workspace to bridge the gap between companies and customers. Instead of having to go back and forth between applications, everything you need is right there in front of you with one view. There are updates specifically for lead management, schedule optimization and managing tasks via your mobile device!
